What exactly do you want to change? Please describe the desired result in more details.
Read this article – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
You can add a custom tab here – https://prnt.sc/ztx8yy (edit a product), or in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Tabs > Custom Tab.
What exactly text is not visible? Please provide screenshots.
Lightshot screenshot tool can be used to take screenshots and share them.

Sorry for delay in reply, so all of this lorum ipsum text is not visable on the front-end of the product, only the backend.

And how can I have multiple tabs and edit the layout? Is there a way of editing them to include images?

Hello,

You don’t see the product description tab because of Code Snippets plugin, you added code to disable product description tab https://prnt.sc/zwihtv Don’t you remember what code you added 6 days ago? All the available options to change the tabs styles you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Tabs. By default single product has 3 default WooCommerce tabs: description, additional information, reviews and 2 XStore theme tabs (one global tab and 1 individual tab for every product). That’s all.

Hi again,

Of course I am able to remember what code I added 6 days ago. I am simply asking for help and advise. I did not realise the text I am talking about is a tab? As I was under the impression product tabs are added / edited in the product tab section. On previous sites I have built, the text when you edit a product / page or post displays like that and is not a tab. I wanted to edit the long product description as shown in the last screenshot I sent, is that a tab then?

Hello,

WooCommerce plugin displays long product description in tabs, it’s not related to our theme.
Area that you provided on the screenshot is the long product description.
