I have managed to correct the error for the moment: I modified the legenda/header.php file and changed the type of error.

Then I uploaded a new version of the Legenda theme folder and everything worked correctly.

If I notice that it fails again, I will let you know.

I am having an error in the Legenda header with this message:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function et_html_tag_schema() in ./wp-content/themes/legenda/header.php:2

However, yesterday the website was working correctly.

I am using WordPress 6.6.1, PHP 8.1 and Legenda 4.4.8 (with Legenda Child)

Wordpress has send me this message :

“It appears that the plugin Legenda Core was causing critical errors due to incompatibilities with PHP 8.1. To restore access to your site, I have temporarily disabled the plugin.
Kindly contact the developers of your theme to request a version of the plugin that is compatible with PHP 8.1. ”

I tried to installed the new version of plugin Legenda Core (last updated 24 June 2024) but when I try to charge the new plugin, there is an error message “loading problem json_syntax”

What should I do ? Have I lost all my data ?

1/ Which device and browser were you using when you encountered the issue? Also, is this problem exclusive to mobile devices?

2/ We kindly request that you temporarily disable all third-party plugins on your website, with the exception of those that are Theme Required/Recommended, as detailed here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Plugins/Included_Plugins. After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check your site again. This step is to determine if there is a conflict caused by any additional third-party plugins.
Should this resolve the issue, you will then need to reactivate each third-party plugin individually to identify which one is causing the conflict. Once identified, we recommend contacting the Plugin Author for further assistance.
