Good day. Help me understand the problem. The search results show the inscription Null. I am adding a picture to the request for understanding. Thank you!
Hello, YSO,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
Could you please confirm if this issue occurs when the parent theme is activated? We kindly ask you to conduct a test to determine whether the problem might be caused by custom code in the child theme.
Let us know the results and provide FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
Yes, when I enable the parent theme, the problem remains. The site itself is on a subdomain. I specified it in the private part
Hello @YSO
Please, check now !
Changes were made in xstore/js/modules/ajaxSearch.min.js file and such changes will be included in next theme update.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
Good day! The problem disappeared when viewing from a computer, but remained when viewing the search from a mobile phone
There is also a problem with sticky elements. When interacting with product variations, page elements begin to influence others.
Dear @YSO,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to recommend an upgrade to your current single product layout by adopting our new Single Product Builder based on Elementor. You can explore the details and benefits of this new builder here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/190-xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor.
We have identified several issues with the existing single product builder available through the Customizer, which we have been unable to resolve satisfactorily for all needs. As a result, we are encouraging our valued customers to transition to the new builder, which offers a wide array of features and unlimited possibilities for customization.
Could you please let us know your thoughts on implementing this migration on your website?
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Your answer to my question does not make sense to me. Active page functions will be saved? Will you make this transition?
Dear @YSO,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address your queries regarding the active page functions and the transition process.
Regarding your question, “Active page functions will be saved?”—could you please clarify what you specifically mean by this? If you are referring to maintaining the current version of your Single Product while developing a new one, you can achieve this by not setting any conditions for the new Single Product layout. This layout will not be applied to any product until you exit the developing mode and set the correct conditions for being applied.
As for your inquiry, “Will you make this transition?”—unfortunately, we do not undertake such implementations as they fall outside our scope of support. However, we are able to provide you with guidance and the necessary steps to facilitate the migration on your own. Please refer to our previous communications where we have provided detailed suggestions for a correct migration. Additionally, you may find useful information in the documentation we previously sent.
Should you have any further questions or require more assistance, please do not hesitate to post them on our forum.

Hi! Following your recommendation, I switched the editor to Elementor. But after that, the “reviews” tab disappeared. I can see it in the editor, but it is not displayed on the product page.
Dear @YSO,
We hope this message finds you well.
Upon reviewing your widget, we noticed an issue concerning duplicate review tabs that appeared to be causing a conflict, as it is illogical to display identical tabs with the same content within a single widget. For your reference, please see the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/FqDkwXAF_EwU.
To resolve this, we have removed the redundant reviews tab and retained only one. You can view the updated configuration on your products by following this link: https://prnt.sc/S8dQ31UEE3iQ.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you, now the reviews are displayed correctly.
I still have the problem that caused me to open this ticket. The NULL message in the search results on mobile devices. How to hide this notification or display there what should be there. As I understood the status of availability.
let’s solve this and I’ll mark the ticket as completed. I’ll open all other issues in separate tickets for convenience
Dear @YSO,
We are pleased to confirm the resolution of the reviews issue and appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Additionally, we would like to inquire if the problem regarding the display of ‘null’ text in searches has been resolved. We have implemented a global fix in xstore/js/modules/ajaxSearch.min.js and uploaded the changes on your web-site. Such fixes will also be included in the upcoming theme update to ensure that no changes are lost.
Should you find the issue fully resolved, please feel free to mark this topic as solved.
Furthermore, we are excited to introduce our newly released builders, which offer a wide range of features and options. These include Header, Footer, Single Post, Shop Archive, Single Product, and Blog builders, all are based on the Elementor plugin. For more information, please visit: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/category/182-xstore-builders.
Our new demos are the examples of new builders posibilities:

The problem has disappeared for desktop devices, but remains when searching on mobile devices.
Hello @YSO
Please, clear the browser cache each time you have file modification made on your web-site. We tested the result on our device and found no issue about ‘NULL’ text in search items. Please, check the attached files below.
Kind regards, Jack Richardson
