Images gallery in single product do not work

    Hey again.
    The gallery on single product does not work. Meaning, the images don’t even show.

    If for some reason is picture “side by side” they do work. If it’s a regular gallery with thumbnails, they don’t.

    1. We recommend that you switch to the XStore Parent theme if you are currently utilizing the XStore Child Theme on your website. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes in your dashboard. Once you have made the switch, please clear your website’s cache and verify if the issue has been resolved. It is possible that the Child Theme may be contributing to the problem. We would appreciate it if you could inform us of the outcome.

    Please ensure that you create a full backup of your website before making any changes.

    All of the above requested were done, with no success.

    I Would appreciate if you help, yeah.

    The details are in the private area.

    I even installed a “demo” with no need to in order to make it work.

    The problem is solved once we disable the Elementor Pro plugin.

    Well… that does not make too much sense, does it?

    The website needs the Elementor Pro Plugin in order to work. Does not need the theme in order to work.

    I thought you guys worked together to make this a better experience for the user.

    I’ll try to roll down the version but the elementor pro is a must have.

    Hello, @BEHS,

    We do not say you to disable Elementor Pro plugin, and XStore is compatible with this plugin (other our customers use Elementor Pro without this problem).
    We recommend you contact support of Elementor Pro and ask if there is anything that they can do from their side to help you.

    I did reach out to them. They say it’s a theme situation.

    I do have more websites with XStore and Elementor Pro with no Probelam at all. I’m wonder if I start this one from scratch again.

    It will be a pain in the … but would solve it. Any other tip?

    Please provide FTP access, we will check more deeply what can be done to help you.
