I have the following footer issues:
1) In mobile view the “Download on Google App Badge” will not go to the right of the “Download on the App Store Badge”. I do not want it to be on seperate lines.
2) In the footer within mobile view the copyright text isn’t all white.
3) The follow us icon links are spaced well in mobile view but are squashed in desktop view. Please could you space the icons out more in desktop view? I like 24 spacing but it doesn’t reflect in desktop view…
Please can you login and fix the above issues?
Hello,
1) Provide a screenshot, please.
2) Here is what I can see – https://prnt.sc/10a5sfu Please describe in more detail what exactly do you want to change.
3) As I can see, spacing – 24 https://prnt.sc/10a5w9p works fine. Edit it here – https://prnt.sc/10a5y6w

Hi Rosie,
Thanks for your reply.
Of course.
2) Not all text is white in the footer. https://prnt.sc/10ajtg6
I’m using Safari on an iPhone 12 Pro btw. Fine on Chrome web browser. However, the problem with Safari only arose after I tried to use SG Optimizer to cache and reduce filesize of things 🙁
Maybe if you re-create the text, please?
3) In mobile view I have no issues. In desktop view (using Google Chrome) I get the following. Please see message below. https://prnt.sc/10ak55c
I did a purge cache and cleared my own Google Chrome and Safari cache but the above problems still persist.
Hello,
1) Don’t use such huge margins or paddings https://prnt.sc/10al175 it causes issues on mobile devices. Use 50% width for the columns with images https://prnt.sc/10al7e7
Check your site now.
2) I don’t see the mentioned issue https://prnt.sc/10alfdn
3) Clear plugin cache once you change the settings of the footer block. Check the social icons now.
Regards
2)
1) Great advice! This is fixed and thank you.
2) It is definitely there. You need to try on an iPhone please. You’re just using a simulator. If you don’t have an iPhone then please ask someone who does.
3) Afraid same answer as 2. I now have the grouped up icons on Chrome desktop too 🙁
Please escalate with your developers.
Hello,
1) You are welcome.
2) I see that issue caused by spaces between numbers. Once I remove spaces it displays number ok.
3) What version of the Safari browser do you use? Elementor uses grid for this element and I suppose your version of Safari does not support grid layout https://css-tricks.com/almanac/properties/c/column-gap/#grid-layout-support
Changed grid gap to paddings. Check icons now.
Regards
Omg Olga!
It was the spaces and grid thing you noticed.
Everything is fixed now.
Well done and thank you!
