    Hello,

If you click the mobile screen icon (3 lines inside the circle) on the home page (website is on the PCA).

It appears all scrambled and doesn’t look like the way it should.
How can we make it appear “good” on the larger screens as well?

    Thanks!

    Hello @PR,

We have just checked your site and it appears to be functioning properly. Please refer to the following screenshots: Under the private content area . We tested the site on a 19″ laptop screen and on a very large screen resolution of 3000px, and it worked smoothly in both cases. It is likely a cache issue on your end, so we suggest clearing the cache of your site and browser and checking again.

    Hello @PR,

We have noticed that you have used a static block for a particular section and there appears to be some unusual margins set. We would like to investigate further and request that you provide us with your WordPress Admin URL and credentials via the private content area of this topic.

We look forward to assisting you.

    Hello Tony,

what would be the margins needed to get a “normal” outcome?
or where can we find what margins are set so we can let you know what it is set to?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Without temporary wp-admin access, we can’t provide you with a solid answer, because we can’t check your settings. But we’ve created a screenshot from the browser console, you can find it in the Private Content area. You need to find where you set the mentioned 160px margin and remove it.
We hope it is clear now.

    Hello,

“where would we need to go for this?” – edit the static block using Elementor > check settings there. We will be able to say where exactly you set the margin only after checking the settings and only after you provide temporary wp-admin access. If you do not want to provide access, you need to check by yourself where the margin was added.
